ORDER

This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the father of the detenu

alleging that his married daughter went missing from 08.11.2022 and a

complaint dated 11.11.2022 was given, the respondent police not properly

acted upon the complaint and not traced the petitioner's married daughter.

2.Today, the respondent police has produced the daughter of the

petitioner before this Court. We enquired the detenu, she informs that due to

discard with her husband and his family, she has left the matrimonial home

and had stayed in Andrapradesh. She does not want to rejoin with her

husband and she wants to go along with her father.

3.The statement of the detenu is recorded. Since the detenu is secured

alive and she expressed her willing to go along with her father, nothing

survives for adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Hence, this

petition is closed.
