Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein

and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased

to issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records

of the 4th respondent in his proceedings in g.K.vz;.3503/M2/2022 ehs;

29.11.2022 and quash the same as devoid of merits and consequently

direct the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the appeal

dated 09.12.2022, filed under GO MS No.385, Revenue Department,

dated 17.08.2004 to rectify the mistakes during the UDR in Survey

No.82/7 to an extent of 54 cents, Utappanur Bit I Village,

Tirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District.

Prayer in WMP(MD). 22235/ 2022 :

to grant an INTERIM STAY of all further proceedings in

pursuance of the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in his

proceedings in g.K.vz;.3503/M2/2022 ehs; 29.11.2022, pending disposal

of the main Writ Petition.

perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and

upon hearing the arguments of M/S ANANTH C.RAJESH, Advocate for the

petitioner and of MR.S.SHANMUGAVEL, Additional Government Pleader on

behalf of the Respondents 1 to 4, the court made the following

order:-

Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader takes

notice for R1 to R4.

Notice to R5 returnable by 21/01/2023.
