ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in

I.A.No.1 of 2023 in A.S.No.4 of 2022 dated 22.09.2023 on the file of the

Additional Subordinate Court, Dindigul, dismissing the application filed

under Order 26 Rule 9 C.P.C.
