ORDER

The instant petition has been filed for grant of the following substantive reliefs:

“i) that respondent No.3 may be directed to cancel the BPL certificate issued in favour of respondent No.6, after conducting an enquiry into the matter.

ii) that a writ in the nature of mandamus may very kindly be issued to the respondents especially respondent No.2 thereby cancelling the appointment of petitioner as Trained Graduate Teacher made vide appointment letter dated 29.9.2017 i.e. Annexure P-3.

iii) that the respondents may kindly be directed to register an FIR against the respondent No.6 and respondent No.7 for procuring a forged BPL certificate and conduct investigation in the same.

iv) that the respondents may kindly be directed to hold a high level enquiry into the matter and take appropriate action against the persons, at fault.”

2 The specific case of the petitioner is that respondent No.7, who is a retired government employee, while serving as Pradhan of Gram Panchayat Nangal Chowk, manipulated the affairs and got a fake BPL certificate issued in favour of his son i.e. respondent No.6, on the basis of which, respondent No.6 was selected as Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in the Educa
