J U D G M E N T

When this case was taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the present petition is now covered by judgment dated 19.03.2021, delivered by this Court in CWPOA No. 20 of 2019, titled as Shifali Rana & Ors., vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors., alongwith other connected matters, which judgment stands upheld by the Hon’ble Division Bench in Letters Patent Appeal No. 43 of 2021, titled as H.P. Staff Selection Commission Vs. Shubham Thakur & Ors., dated 31.12.2021, and this petition be disposed of with the direction that the findings so returned by this Court in CWPOA No. 20 of 2019 (supra), as upheld by the Hon’ble Division Bench in Letters Patent Appeal No. 43 of 2021, decided on 31.12.2021, shall mutatis mutandis apply to this petition also.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the findings so returned by this Court in CWPOA No. 20 of 2019, as upheld by the Hon’ble Division Bench in Letters Patent Appeal No. 43 of 2021, decided on 31.12.2021, shall mutatis mutandis apply to this petition also and all directions so issued in the above decisions shall be construed as having been issued in this petition
