The present criminal appeal has been preferred against the judgment of
conviction and the order of sentence dated 06.02.2006 passed by the learned
Sessions Judge, Hazaribagh in S.T. No. 321/2003 whereby the appellant has
been convicted for the offences under Sections 376/511 of IPC and has been
sentenced to undergo R.I for 5 years with a fine of Rs.5,000/- and in default of
payment of fine, to undergo further S.I for five months.
