Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioner is seeking admissible post retirement and other service dues

after his retirement on 31st December, 2013 from the post of Non Medical

Assistant in the office of District Leprosy Officer, Giridih. He is stated to have

joined on 5th April, 1973. He has received Group Insurance amount and

G.P.F. amount, but rest amounts such as Gratuity, Pension etc., have

remained due, though he has also
