The sole appellant, Deonath @ Dewan Munda faced trial in

Sessions Trial No.613 of 2002 [arising out of Bundu P.S. Case No.15 of 2001

corresponding to G.R. No.110 of 2001] passed by Sri Prasanna Kumar Dubey,

learned 1^st Additional Judicial Commissioner, Khunti, whereby learned Judge

vide judgment dated 20^th September, 2004, held the appellant guilty under

Sections 307/34 and 324/34 I.P.C. and awarded ten years and fine of

Rs.5,000/- under Sections 307/34 I.P.C. and in default of payment of fine,

rigorous imprisonment for six months and rigorous imprisonment for three

years under Section 324/34 I.P.C. and both the sentences are directed to run

concurrently.
