Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with

Maranghada P.S. Case No. 37/2020, registered under Sections 385, 386,

387/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act, pending in the

Court of Sri Tushar Anand learned J.M., 1^st Class, Khunti.

It is alleged that an extortion call was made to the contractors of

LAMPS Kishan Khad in the name of one Maniram, member of extremist
