and the order of sentence dated 27.02.2006 passed by Sri Prashant

Kumar, Sessions Judge, Jamtara, in Sessions Case No.97 of 2002

whereby the appellant has been convicted for the offence under

Sections 354 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and has been

sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for two years with a

fine of 1000/- for the offence under Section 354 of the Indian Penal
