Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This is a bail application filed under sections 439 and

440 of the Code of Criminal Procedure on behalf of the petitioner

who is an accused in this case in connection with Chainpur P.S Case

No. 47 of 2015 corresponding to G.R Case No. 498 of 2015 for the

alleged offence registered under sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal

Code and section 27 of the Arms now pending in the court of learned

S.D.J.M Palamau at Daltonganj.
