The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the parties had

no objection with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Peterwar P. S. Case No.153

of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1281 of 2020, registered for the offence

under Sections 323/ 324/ 325/ 341/ 342/ 307/ 504/ 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code

and Section 3/ 4 of the Prevention of Witch (DAAIN) Practices Act.

The applicant who is in custody since 01.12.2021 has approached this

Court for release.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and from perusal of record,

it appears that it is a family dispute and an altercation has taken place between the

parties. Both the parties have sustained injury. In the present case, the victim has

suffered injury in the mouth resulting in fracture of teeth and on that basis charge-

sheet has been submitted under Section 307 of the IPC.

Considering the period of custody and the fact that the investigation has

already been completed, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on

bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties

of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Distt. & Sessions

Judge-I, Bermo at Tenughat, in connection with Peterwar P. S. Case No.153 of

2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1281 of 2020.
