Heard the parties.

Defects as pointed out by the office are ignored.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case

No. 118 of 2019 corresponding to S. T. No. 4 of 2020.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B. A.

No. 10799 of 2019. Subsequently, the petitioner had once again moved

this court in B. A. No. 8968 of 2020 which was dismissed as withdrawn.

Submission has been advanced that the case of the petitioner is

similar to that of the co-accused namely, Babar Ali. It has further been

stated that there is no scientific evidence which would indicate that the

pistol which was recovered was used in the offence. He further stated
