Heard the parties.

Both these applications are being taken up and are being disposed of by

this common order.

The petitioners are accused in connection with Bharno P.S. Case No. 17

of 2019, S.T. No. 308 of 2019.

A dead body was found in the forest. Subsequently it was detected to be

that of the husband of the informant. Suspicion was cast by Karmila Oraon, wife

of the deceased, upon the petitioner-Lalita Kumari to have called her husband

and thereafter committed his murder. Confessional statement of the petitioner-

Rohit Tirkey has been recorded in paragraph 61 of the case diary and pursuant

to the said confession, one
