The matter was taken up in National Lok Adalat in virtual mode.

The dispute between the parties having been referred for

determination to the National Lok Adalat and the parties have

compromised/settled the case/matter up to the extent of Award.

Mr. Shailesh, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 has

submitted that the money has been exchanged and the matter has been settled

outside the Court.

Since, the offence under Section 138 of the N.I. Act is compoundable

and the matter has been settled. Hence, the matter stands compounded and

settled.

The parties are informed that the Court fee, if any, paid by any of them

shall be refunded.
