Heard the parties.

Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner has moved this

Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with

Kurkura P.S. case no. 05 of 2019 registered under Sections

379/511/120B of the Indian Penal Code, section 15(2)/15(4)/16 of

PMP Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that

the allegations against the petitioner is that he has damaged the

pipe line of IOCL by creating hole as laid under section 7 of the

Petroleum Mineral Pipelines (Acquisition Of Right of User In Land)

Act, 1962. It is then submitted that the allegations against the

petitioner are all false and the petitioner has been implicated in this

case only
