This bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant –Umesh Kumar

Verma @ Umesh Verma with a prayer to release on bail in connection with Cyber Case

No. 73 of 2021, arising out of Katras P.S. Case No. 315 of 2021, for the offences

registered under Sections, 419, 420,467,468,471,120-B of the Indian Penal Code read

with Sections 66 (C)/ 66 (D) of Information Technology Act, pending in the court of the

Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Cybercrime Cases & Electricity Cases),

Dhanbad.

Learned Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the F.I.R. of this case

was lodged by the informant against 3 named accused perso
