Heard Mr. Rajesh Kr, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ashish

Jha, learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kisko P.S

Case No. 04 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under

Sections290/34 of the Indian Penal Code , 17 of C.L.A Act and under Section

2 of Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act, 1971.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that

petitioner has been implicated in the present case on the confessional

statement of Tauhid Khan @ Babar Khan. He further submits that similarly

situated co-accused person namely Eliyas Khan @ Illu has been granted

anticipatory bail by this court in A.B.A No. 1414 of 2015.
