In this criminal miscellaneous petition, the petitioner has

prayed for quashing the orders dated 10.08.2010, by which bailable warrant of

arrest has been issued, 25.02.2011, by which non-bailable warrant of arrest

has been issued, 04.05.2011, whereby process under Section 82 of the Code

of Criminal Procedure and 04.09.2011, by which process under Section 83 of

the Code of Criminal Procedure have been issued, against the petitioner, by

the Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Hazaribagh in connection with G.R. No. 886

of 2008, arising out of Sadar Police Station Case No. 235 of 2008. Further, the

petitioner has prayed for quashing the order dated 04.01.2018, whereby the

petitioner has been declared as a permanent absconder and permanent

warrant
