It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that

this interlocutory application has been filed with a prayer to ignore

the defects pointed out by the stamp reporter at serial no. 9(iv) &

9(ix). It is then submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner

that the defects pointed out by the stamp reporter at serial no. 9(iv) is

a mode of expression, hence the same be ignored and the defect

pointed out at serial no. 9(ix) is also regarding pagination which also

could be ignored.
