Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. for the State.

This bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant–Saurabh

Sringari @ Sourabh Sringari with prayer to release on bail in connection with Sarawan

P.S. Case No. 73 of 2020, registered under Sections 25 (1-B) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms

Act, pending in the court of the Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that, as per F.I.R.

allegations, informant along with police force had apprehended two persons named

in the F.I.R. and from possession of the applicant one country made pistol along with

six live cartridges are alleged to be recovered.

Learned Counsel for the applicant also submitted that there is no

independent witness of the alleged seizure memo and the alleged recovery has been

planted. The applicant has been languishing in Jail since 08.06.2020.

No one appears on behalf of the State to oppose the bail application.

In view of the submissions made and materials on record, the bail

application of the applicant is hereby allowed. Let the applicant be released on bail on

furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/-(Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the

like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned in aforesaid case.
