The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of

appropriate direction upon the respondent no.3-S.A.R. Officer, Ranchi

to consider and allow the application filed by the petitioner under

Order 23 Rule 1 of the code of Civil Procedure for abandonment and

withdrawal of S.A.R. Case No.528 of 2012-13 filed under Section 71A

of Chotanagpur Tenancy Act, pending in the court of respondent no.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

filed a case being S.A.R. Case No.528 of 2012-13 for restoration of

land, pertaining to Khata No.136, Plot No.1256, measuring an area of

1.10 acres, situated at Mouja Hatma,
