Apprehending their arrest, the petitioners have moved this

Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with

Bundu P.S. Case No. 21 of 2017 (G.R. No. 1117 of 2017) registered

under section (5) (12) of the Jharkhand Bovine Animals Slaughter

Prohibition Act, 2005 & 429 of the Indian Penal Code, 11 (1) (a) (d)

(c) (h) (k) of Transport of Cattles Rules, 1978 and section 46, 47, 48,

50 and 54 (1) (2) of the Prevention of Cruelty of Animals Act.
