Heard the parties through video conferencing.

Apprehending his arrest in connection with Bagbera P.S. Case No.63 of

2018 corresponding to G.R. No.1235 of 2018 instituted under Sections 406, 420,

467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner has moved this Court for grant

of privileges of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegation

against the petitioner is that the informant has paid Rs.6,50,000/- to the

petitioner and the petitioner sold the land by a registered sale deed to the

informant for the petitioner is not the owner of the land sold by him and thus

the petitioner cheated
