The writ petition is under Article 227 of the Constitution of

India, wherein order dated 17.12.2018 passed in Title Suit No.178 of

2014 by Munsif-XIV, Ranchi, is under challenge, whereby and

whereunder, the trial Court has appointed Survey Knowing Pleader

Commissioner to take measurement of the land in dispute in order to

decide the land dispute between both the parties.

It is the case of the petitioner as per the pleading made in the
