Heard the parties.

Defects, as pointed out by the office, are ignored.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with Tisri P.S. Case No. 30

of 2019 (POCSO Case No. 61 of 2019).

The daughter of the informant was subjected to gangrape by the

petitioner and others.

It appears that out of 22 charge sheet witnesses only 13 witnesses

have been examined.

The bail application of another co-accused Kamesh Hansda has

already been rejected in B.A. No. 10983 of 2019.

Regard being had to the involvement of the petitioner in committing

gang rape upon the daughter of the informant, I am not inclined to grant

bail to the petitioner which stands rejected.

However, the trial may be expedited.
