Heard Mr. H. K. Shikarwar, learned counsel for the

petitioner, Mr. Bishambhar Shastri, learned A.P.P. for the State

and Mr. Brij Nandan Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the

informant.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with Barkatha

P.S. Case No. 229 of 2020.

The petitioner is alleged to have made an attempt to

commit rape upon the informant.

It appears that several litigations are pending between the

parties including a civil suit which indicates the presence of a

land dispute and in such circumstances the false implication of

the petitioner cannot be ruled out.

The petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2020.

Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named

above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties

of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial

Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag, in connection with Barkatha

P.S. Case No. 229 of 2020.
