The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for

the parties had no objections with it and submitted that the audio and video

qualities are good.

The instant revision application has been filed against the impugned

judgement dated 04.10.2019 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family

Court, Pakur, in Original Maintenance Case No.131 of 2018, whereby the

court below has granted maintenance of Rs.1500/- per month to the

petitioner no.2-Rubina Khatoon and Rs.500/- per month to the petitioner

no.3-Manjila Khatoon and also directed to pay Rs.1500/- as litigation cost.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the revisionist that the

other parameters have not been disputed in this case, only quantum of

maintenance has been disputed. The petitioner earns nothing and he is not in

a position to pay anything.

Considering the quantum of maintenance and taking

into

consideration that proceeding is anti-vagrancy and anti-destitution in nature,

this Court does not find any reasonable reason to interfere with the

impugned judgement dated 04.10.2019 passed by the learned Principal

Judge, Family Court, Pakur, in Original Maintenance Case No.131 of 2018.

Accordingly, the present criminal revision application being Criminal

Revision No.392 of 2020 is, hereby, dismissed.

Pending I.A., if any, also stands dismissed.
