Mr. Raj Vardhan Singh, learned counsel appearing on the instruction of
Mr. Ram Subhag Singh learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted, that on
instruction he wants to withdraw the instant Writ Petition.
Mr. Mihir Kunal Ekka, learned AC to S.C.III for the State has no objection.
Considering the same, the instant Writ Petition stands dismissed, as
withdrawn.
However, it appears from the office notes that petitioner has not removed the
defect nos.1 to 10 as pointed out vide dated S.R. 04.05.2020, as such, petitioner is
directed to remove the defect nos.6 and 7 within a period of 30 days, as the same
cannot be ignored, which are as follows :-
Defect no.6- C.F.S. Of Rs.250/- on petition, Rs.5/- on Affidavit and
