Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner has moved this Court for grant

of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with RIT P.S. Case No. 52 of 2017

(G.R. No. 683 of 2017) registered under Section 295A of the Indian Penal

Code.

Heard the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against

the petitioner is that after the killing of pilgrims to Amarnath by the terrorists on

10.7.2017, the petitioner made objectionable post on the Face-book, outraging

the religious feelings of a class of citizens of India. It is submitted that the

petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The

allegations levelled against the petitioner are all false. The petitioner had no

intention to deliberately and maliciously outrage the religious feelings of any
