Heard the Parties.

Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with

Bano P.S. Case No. 60/2021, corresponding to G.R. No. 30/2022,

registered under Section 379/ 413/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending

in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Simdega.

On the intervening night of 17 and 18 November 2021

tractor of the informant parked outside his house was stolen by

unknown persons. It was submitted that name of this petitioner has

come on the basis of confession co-acccused persons. It was further

submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this

petitioner.

It appears that stolen tractor was recovered from the

possession of co-accused Mani Bhushan Paswan.
