Heard the parties through video conferencing.

Apprehending their arrest, the petitioners have moved this

Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with

Pachamba P.S. Case No.135 of 2021 registered under sections 342/

504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 75/82 of

Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.

The Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners were being

engaged for managing an organization which is entrusted for care

and protection of the child, willfully neglected the children namely

Priyanka Kumari, Punam Kumari, Sushma Naske, Punam Hans
