04/02.07.2021: Heard learned counsel for the parties. The lawyers have no objection with

regard to the proceeding, which has been held through video conferencing

today at 11.00 A.M. They have no complaint in respect to the audio and video

clarity and quality.

The petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing an offence punishable

under Sections 366 (A) of the IPC.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected. Now the petitioner

renews his prayer on the ground that victim has been examined in this case.

The deposition has been brought on record. The deposition has been sent by

the Court below.

I have gone through the deposition of the victim girl. From the deposition,

it is clear that victim had travelled
