Defects as pointed out by the office are ignored.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with S. T. No. 4 of 2020

arising out of Chandwa P.S. Case No. 118 of 2019 corresponding to G. R.

No. 723 of 2019.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B. A.

No. 11789 of 2019.

It appears that out of 10 charge-sheeted witnesses, 5 witnesses

have been examined as yet. It also appears that one of the co-accused

namely, Md. Azaruddin @ Azhar @ Azharuddin @ Md. Azharuddin @

Azaharuddin @ Ajhar @ Md. Azhar Ali has been granted bail by this

court in B. A. No. 14939 of 2021. The petitioner appears to be in custody

since 11.09.2019.
