This writ petition is under Article 226 of the Constitution of

India, whereby and whereunder a direction has been sought for upon

the respondent no.6 to accept the rent and issue rent receipt with

respect to the land measuring an area of 30,000 Sq. Feet/Thoka No.26

Ganzer’s Survay Plot No.Ka.

Mr. Rajeev Ranjan Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner

assisted by Mr. Arbind Kumar, has submitted that the land was

purchased way back on 29.04.1925 from one Prabhas Chandra Das

Gupta. Mr. Onkar Krishna Mazumdar
