By way of filing this petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing

the order dated 21.3.2016, by which, the learned Special Judge in Spl. (POCSO)

Case No. 53/2014, on the petition filed by the complainant/informant, has directed

to produce the victim for recording her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

The complaint was filed by the complainant/informant, who is the wife

of this petitioner, stating therein that this petitioner, being the father of the victim,

has molested her minor daughter. The complaint was sent under Section 156(3)

Cr.P.C for registering the FIR. Consequently, Katras P.S. Case No. 434 of 2014

was lodged under Section 498A IPC, Section 23 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and
