The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in

connection with Borio P.S Case No. 173 of 2017

corresponding to G.R. No.425 of 2017 case registered under

sections 420, 406, 120(B), which is now pending in the court

of A.C.J.M., Sahibganj.

Prosecution case in short is that ex chairman and

ex secretary has misappropriated one lakh three thousand six

hundred seventy one rupees of Government Revenue and this

fact has been approved by the District Fishery Officer as his

letter No.149. It is further stated that as per the section

45(B)-2 of Jharkhand Co-operative Society Act 1935 and it is a

cognizable offence. That the order of Assistant Registrar co-

operative Society, Sahibganj Circle, Sahibganj for filing of FIR

has been received against the Ex-Chairman and Ex-Secretary.
