Invoking provision under section 482 Cr.P.C, this application has been filed on

behalf of the petitioner Amit Mishra @ Amit Kumar Mishra for recalling the order

dated 08.09.2016 passed by this Court in A.B.A. No. 3131 of 2016 and also for

restoring the anticipatory bail application being A.B.A. No. 3131 of 2016. Order

dated 08.09.2016 passed in A.B.A. No. 3131 of 2016 reads as under:

“Learned counsel for the informant has filed the vakalatnama today.

Let it kept on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that process under

Section 82 and 83 Cr.P.C have already been issued against the petitioner,

hence he seeks permission to withdraw this application.
