The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer for direction upon the

respondents to regularize his services to the post of Sweeper and also to make payment @

Rs.7313/- per month as daily wages/honorarium i.e. for 26 days altogether in a month and

also to make payment of arrears of difference of wages in Revised Higher Scale of

Rs.7313/- w.e.f. 01.11.2014 till date with interest.
