Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. for the

State.

This bail application has been filed on behalf of the abovenamed

applicant with prayer to release on bail in connection with Mango Ulidih P.S. Case

No.11 of 2022 registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a)/26 of the Arms Act pending

in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1^st Class, Jamshedpur.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that as per F.I.R.

allegation, one country made pistol is alleged to be recovered from the house of

the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the alleged

recovery from the house of the applicant has been planted of which there is no

independent witness of public. The applicant has been languishing in jail since

10^th January, 2022.

None appears on behalf of the State to oppose this bail application.

In view of the submissions made and materials on record, the bail

application of the applicant is hereby allowed. Let the applicant be released on

bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two

sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned in aforesaid

case.
