Defects as pointed out by the office are ignored.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with Argora P.S. Case

No. 298 of 2019 corresponding to G. R. No. 1937 of 2019.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B. A.

No. 6590 of 2020.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar

circumstances, some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail by

this court in B. A. No. 3914 of 2020 and 2790 of 2020. Learned senior

counsel further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.09.2019.
