Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners
submits that in this case the trial has been concluded and the
petitioners have been acquitted in this case against which this
Cr. M.P. No. 1743 of 2013 has arisen and, therefore, he submitted
that this Cr.M.P. has become infructuous.
Learned A.P.P., Mr. V.S. Sahay, is present and has submitted
that let this Cr.M.P. be dismissed.
Having taken into consideration the aforesaid facts, this
Cr.M.P. is dismissed as infructuous.
Both the I.A. No. 1991 of 2014 & I.A. No. 11074 of 2018 also get
disposed of accordingly.
