The instant civil misc. petition has been filed under Article 227 of the

Constitution of India for quashing the order dated 22.02.2022 passed by the

Civil Judge (Junior Division)-I, Daltonganj at Palamau in Title Suit No. 67 of

1997 whereby and whereunder, the petition for amendment in the written

statement filed by the petitioner/ defendant has been rejected.

The main plea of the petitioner is that the amendment petition was

filed by the petitioner on 20.11.2015 after the amendment of plaint of the

plaintiff was allowed. Learned Court below without hearing the defendant has

passed the impugned order.
