The instant writ petition has been filed under Article 227 of the

Constitution of India for quashing the order dated 24.03.2022 passed by the

Civil Judge, Sr. Division-I, Bokaro in Title Suit No. 48 of 2008 whereby and

whereunder, the amendment petition filed by the plaintiff has been allowed.

The fact in brief is that the opposite party/plaintiff filed Title Suit No.

48 of 2008 for decree of declaration of title with respect to Schedule A property

which he claims to have acquired by virtue of the registered sale deed dated

03.03.1975 and 05.07.1975.

The petitioner appeared and contested the suit and the issue was
