The anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of petitioners, who are

apprehending their arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.130 of 2021 for the

offence registered under Sections 147, 149, 353, 188, 307, 427, 269, 270 of the

Indian Penal Code, Section 3 of the Jharkhand State Epidemic Disease (Covid 19)

Regulation and Section 51 of Disaster Management Act pending in the Court of

learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh is pressed into motion.

It is submitted by the learned counsel that the petitioners are innocent and

there is nothing on record to sug
