order dated 16.06.2020 passed by the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special

Judge (NDPS), Chatra in Miscellaneous Criminal Application No.126 of 2020

arising out of Itkhori P.S. Case No.52 of 2019 (N.D.P.S. Case No.106 of 2019),

whereby the vehicle (SCORPIO) bearing registration No.JH-13E-1128, Chasis

No. MAITA2TDKH2J32131, Engine No. TDH4J76121, has not been released

in favour of the owner of the vehicle.
