The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the

recall notice dated 30.04.2021 (Annexure-8 to the writ petition) issued

by the respondent no. 4 – Branch Head, Tata Nagar Branch of Union

Bank of India, Bistupur, Jamshedpur intimating the petitioner that her

housing loan account has been categorized as Non-Performing Asset on

31.03.2021. Further prayer has been made for issuance of direction

upon the respondents to accept the amount of instalments falling due
