Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection

with Chitra (Sarath) P.S. Case No. 06 of 2016, corresponding to

G.R. No. 08 of 2016, registered under Sections 323, 324, 341,

379, 307, 504, 34 of the I.P.C., lodged on the basis of one

written report given by Bacchi Devi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the

husband of the informant succumbed during course of

treatment and the main accused Bishwadeo Mahto has been

admitted on regular bail in B.A. No. 8469/2017 vide order

dated 04.01.2018 and the deceased has died after three

months and no post-mortem was conducted and there is

omnibus allegation against these petitioners and also there is

no injury report available on record.

Learned APP has opposed the prayer for anticipatory

bail.

Be that as it may, I am inclined to admit the petitioners

on anticipatory bail. The above named petitioners are directed

to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the

date of this order and in the event of their arrest or surrender,

the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioners on

bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty

five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each

to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Madhupur, in connection with

Chitra (Sarath) P.S. Case No. 06 of 2016, corresponding to G.R.

No. 08 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under

Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
