This appeal has been referred to the National Lok Adalat vide order

dated 25.04.2022.

The instant appeal has been preferred challenging the order/award

dated 30.08.2016 passed in M.A.C. Case No. 06 of 2012.

On deliberation, Md. Asadul Haque, learned counsel for the

appellants/claimants as also Mr. Manish Kumar, learned counsel for the

respondents/opposite parties have agreed for final settlement of the dispute

by making payment of lump-sum amount to the tune of Rs. 25,000/- each,

over and above the amount already paid, in favour of the claimant(s).

In view thereof and as per the agreement arrived at in between the

parties, the respondent-
