Heard the parties through video conferencing.

Apprehending her arrest, the petitioner has moved this Court

for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with

Govindpur P.S. Case No.01 of 2019 registered under sections 406/

420/427/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is

the second journey for the anticipatory bail of the petitioner as

earlier the petitioner filed A.B.A. No.5712 of 2019 but as no one

turned up on behalf of the petitioner in-spite of repeated calls on

14.10.2019 and accordingly, the same was rejected as not pressed

but subsequently, t
